Transactions The menu item “Transactions” provides viewing as well as printing of different reports. Reports based on employees, entrances or access points can be viewed and printed. |

Reports Within the selection of “Reports for Employees” the following options are provided: • Report sorted by employees for all of them • Report for a selected employee • Report for a selected employee and access point • Report for a selected employee for a specified date • Report for a selected employee within a date range Within the selection for “Reports for Entrances” the following options are provided: • Report for a selected access point • Report for a selected access point at a specific date The screen shot on the left shows
the preview of a report on the screen. By clicking the printer
icon the report will be printed.
